Pick something you know
Type what you’d flip in your own words, like a phone, a sofa or a power tool, and FlipFirst finds matching listings. Sofas are the most tested so far. For other items, a profit figure only shows once there are enough close comparisons, so some listings show without one.
- Phones and tablets: iPhone, Galaxy, iPad. Exact model, storage, network and activation lock.
- Computers and electronics: Laptops, graphics cards, monitors, audio. Complete device or component, specifications and working condition.
- Gaming: Consoles, physical games, controllers. Generation, edition, region and included accessories.
- Clothing, shoes and accessories: Vintage clothing, sneakers, bags, watches. Brand, size, material, condition and authenticity.
- Collectibles and toys: Trading cards, LEGO, figures, memorabilia. Edition, set number, completeness and grading.
- Books and media: Textbooks, comics, vinyl records. Edition, ISBN or catalogue number and condition.
- Bikes, sport and outdoors: Bicycles, golf clubs, camping equipment. Model, size, included parts and wear.
- Tools and garden equipment: Drills, saws, lawnmowers. Model, power system, batteries and operation.
- Appliances and homewares: Coffee machines, washing machines, lamps. Model, dimensions, operation and collection needs.
- Cameras and musical instruments: Cameras, lenses, guitars, keyboards. Model, compatibility, included equipment and condition.
- Furniture: Sofas, desks, chairs, tables. Model, dimensions, material, condition and collection access.
- Other items: Enter the item or model you want to find. Identify the exact item and the details that change its value.

Choose an item and a place
Name the item, brand or model and a supported town or suburb you can collect from in Australia, the US, the UK or Canada.

Check the resale evidence
Open a matching item to see its asking price and available comparisons. When there is enough evidence, the estimate shows the resale range and max buy.

Start from that first estimate. Add your own costs and the profit you want, and FlipFirst works out the most to pay.

No. FlipFirst is built for your first flip. It compares similar items and does the maths, and shows you what supports each number so you learn as you go.
